Taiwanese pipe prices to raise by up to TWD 6,000 a tonne - 02 Jul, 2009
It is reported that Taiwan's pipe prices are set to raise by TWD 5,000 to TWD 6,000 per tonne in July due to rising cost of raw material and increasing demand.

A stockiest has pointed out that the total number of orders will start to fall whereas the price will rise, and by the time it increases by TWD 2,000 per tonne, the market will suffer an out of stock situation.

Some bidders from engineering and construction industries have already placed their orders two months ago to avoid cost over run.
